The North Point office complex was recently added to the Hertz Investment Group portfolio in August 2016.

      The complex consists of Class A office space in the heart of Cleveland’s business and financial district and houses a roster of anchor tenants. North Point totals nearly 842,000 SF and consists of Phase I (242,000 sf) and Phase II (600,000 sf). Phase I was completed in 1980 and is the home to the one of the world’s largest law firms, Jones Day. Phase II, the North Point Tower, was completed in 1990 and spans 19 floors offering beautiful views of Lake Erie and the downtown skyline via full height windows. Each phase consists of a lower level heated parking garage located directly underneath the buildings. The complex also consists of an attached 4 story parking garage with a total of 1,004 spaces. Affordable rates are offered for reserved, preferred, and unreserved spaces as well as one of the most affordable early bird programs in the downtown area. Additional amenities at the tower include a full service restaurant and bar, fully equipped fitness center, hair salon, building conference facility, and a 90 seat amphitheater.
